Mister Donut is done with summer, because in Japan, it’s already advertising the Pokemon collaboration doughnuts that’ll appear in late autumn. Pokemon doughnuts will appear in Mister Donut shops in Japan in early November for a limited time. [Thanks, Game Watch!]

This will be the eighth year that Mister Donut will run this promotion. As per usual, you’ll be able to get doughnuts with a limited time design and flavor, as well as purchase goods. Last year, the three variations of doughnuts were: Pikachu, Diglett, and a Poke Ball. The Pikachu doughnut appears every year, as Pikachu is one of the most classic and famous Pokemon in the franchise. This year, however, it’ll show up with a new, updated design. More information about the doughnuts will appear at a later date.
Last year, Mister Donut gave out toys based on Pokemon Scarlet and Violet. Back then, Scarlet and Violet were the newest mainline games in the franchise. For 2025, though, we’ll likely see original goods based on Legends Z-A. Legends Z-A wil take players back to the Kalos region from XY. It’ll also be the second Pokemon Legends game, after Arceus.
The Pokemon doughnuts will appear for a limited time in Mister Donut stores in Japan some time in early November 2025. More details will appear later. Pokemon Legends Z-A will come out on October 16, 2025 for the Nintendo Switch and Switch 2.
