Ready Or Not Players Have Killed 1.3 Billion Suspects This Year

Developed by VOID Interactive, Ready or Not is a tactical first-person shooter that makes players step into the boots of a SWAT officer, tackling dangerous police operations to neutralize potential threats, rescue hostages, and basically deal with high-pressure situations.

It’s known for having a realistic atmosphere and a quite smart AI, pushing its players to their most tactical limits, and its popularity has grown this year due to its recent release on consoles with full crossplay.

And it seems that people have been more dedicated than ever to virtually cleaning up the streets, since the number of in-game activities, such as how many criminals and illegal drugs have been apprehended, is increasing quickly.

Los Sueños Is Getting Safer – Thanks To Millions Of Virtual SWAT Officers

Recently, VOID Interactive released its quarterly player stats for Ready or Not, showing that the streets of Los Sueños are a little safer these days, all thanks to the efforts of its fans.

“Check in officer! We have a quarterly crime report on the activities of LSPD SWAT and the impact of your mission deployments on cleaning up the streets of Los Sueños”, reads their report post on X/Twitter. “Every day, our SWAT officers put their lives on the line to protect our city, and every day, you’re getting results.”

For starters, around 4.2 million metric tons of illegal drugs were seized, alongside 821 million civilians who were successfully rescued and 1.3 billion criminals shot dead, and that’s only in 2025.

All of these activities led to 427 million criminals being brought to justice in the end across PC, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S throughout the year. You can check the special video the developers made to pay homage to their LSPD SWAT crew right below.

Sadly, they don’t count how many donuts and caffeine beverages were consumed by their officers on duty, so we can only imagine.

Oh, and VOID Interactive doesn’t want the Ready or Not’s community to slow down – quite the contrary. “Join LSPD Swat. We’re actively recruiting,” is what they say in the report video.
