Battlefield 6 and the battle royale version, Battlefield Redsec, has a battle pass, where you can rank up to earn rewards, as you would with any other game’s battle pass. As part of the pass, players will see the option to buy a Battlefield Pro token, but what does that mean?
The game doesn’t do a great job of explaining what a BF Pro token is though, nor does it tell you how to get one. Also, you may have one already without even realizing it. Here’s what you need to know.
How to get a BF Pro token
If you own or purchase the Battlefield 6 Phantom Edition, you’ll receive one BF Pro token. If you have the option to upgrade to BF Pro, but you’re unsure where your token came from, this is most likely the answer.
Alternatively, you can buy a BF Pro token for $24.99. Each token lasts for one full season, so when the second season in the Battlefield 6 roadmap comes around, you’ll need to purchase another.
Battlefield Pro, explained
Battlefield Pro is essentially the premium version of the paid Battlefield 6 battle pass. Everyone has access to the free battle pass, with a few rewards throughout, then the paid battle pass unlocks considerably more. BF Pro offers even more rewards on top of that, including but not limited to:
