Persona 5 fans are in for a treat as Xander Mobus and Cherami Leigh will be guests at SacAnime Winter 2026.
Xander Mobus is a voice actor best known for his role as Ren Amamiya / Joker in the Persona series. This includes the Persona 5 game, spin-off titles, and the animated series. His other notable roles include Toge Inumaki on Jujutsu Kaisen and Motoyasu Kitamura in The Rising of the Shield Hero. Gamers will also recognize him for his role as Dagda in Shin Megami Tensei IV: Apocalypse. He also voiced Michael Irving in The Legend of Heroes series and Tanzo Kubo in NEO: The World Ends with You.
Cherami Leigh is a voice actress who has had a rich career in the anime and video game industry. Among her iconic roles include Asuna Yuuki in Sword Art Online and Makoto Niijima in Persona 5 (both the video games and anime series). Other notable roles include Sailor Venus in the Viz Media dub version of Sailor Moon and Pen Pen in the Netflix dub version of Neon Genesis Evangelion. Gamers will also recognize her as Valerie / V in Cyberpunk 2077.
They will be joining Charlet Chung from Overwatch, Alex Brightman from Hazbin Hotel, Alexander Gould from Finding Nemo, along with Megan Shipman, Natalie Van Sistine, and Alex Organ from Spy x Family. Also on the guest list are David Vincent, Adam McArthur, Kaiji Tang, and Anne Yatco from Jujutsu Kaisen. More guests along with details about the special events will be announced in the future. Tickets for SacAnime Winter 2026 are currently on sale and the hotel blocks are open.
SacAnime Winter 2026 will take place from January 2nd to January 4th at the SAFE Credit Union Convention Center. It’s one of the largest anime conventions in Central California. It organizes a series of insightful panels along with cosplay gatherings, musical events, and more.
