If your goal is to become the most efficient Raider in all of Toledo, you’ll need proper gear to help you survive and thrive against the ARCs and thieves that scour the surface. Unfortunately, attaining high-quality blueprints and weapons in ARC Raiders is easier said than done, but using keys to gain access to locked rooms will substantially increase your chances of finding something rare.

You will find these keys randomly as you search for loot on the surface, and receive them as rewards for certain quests. But overall, they’re pretty hard to come by, so if you do locate one, guard it with your life and check our ARC Raiders Directory for detailed guides on where to use them.
In this guide, I’ll be showing you where to use the Dam Staff Room Key, an uncommon key that produced multiple epic items.
Where To Use The Dam Staff Room Key
To get your journey started, select the Dam Battlegrounds map, and always put your keys in your safe pocket before you embark—this will stop you from losing them when you die.
The location we are headed to is a high-value loot area which means lots of Raider activity, and lots of ARCs—Prepare yourself for the worst, and hope for the best.
Locate The Research And Administration Building
The Dam Staff Room Key is located in the Research and Administration building, which you’ll find at the center of the map. The arrows in the pictures above point directly to a side entrance on the West side of the building—this is the most direct route to the staff room.
The Research and Administration building (seen below) is easily located as it is attached to the Control Tower, which you can see from quite a distance.

Find The Side Entrance
As you approach this entrance, I recommend taking caution as there is a security camera on the outside of the building, as well as an alarm just inside the door. There are usually a handful of ARCs lurking inside, including pops, ticks, and fireballs, so take out the alarms first if you can.
Above the doorway of the side entrance, is a sign that reads “Enelica Administration” (seen below). Take out the security camera to the right, go inside, neutralize the alarm just inside the door, and you’ll be within ten feet of your destination.
Dam Staff Room Location
The Dam Staff Room is located straight ahead when you enter through the side entrance seen above. Use your key and get inside quickly. As much as we’d like to think Raiders will respect your looting rights—that is often not the case.
Close the door behind you and rig it with door blockers, jolt mines, or trigger-nades to stop thieves from sneaking up on you.
Don’t let the rarity of a key fool you. The Dam Staff Room only requires an uncommon key, but I ended up finding two epic items here—a photoelectric cloak, and a deadline mine.
