Leveling Up Your House In World of Warcraft
To level up your house in World of Warcraft, you’ll need to gain House XP.
This is done by completing Endeavors and Endeavor Tasks, as well as obtaining Decor that is at the uncommon or higher rarity.
There is an add-on called Home Bound that can track the Decor you pick up throughout the world, whether it’s through performing in-game tasks, such as killing raid bosses, or buying them from vendors. I highly recommend you download it.
As you can see in the above screenshot, the Home Bound add-on will not only tell you where to obtain Decor for the first time, but also go over how many experience points you’ll earn for it.
You can also complete dungeons and raids to obtain housing experience and Decor from bosses.
Endeavors is a new feature coming to World of Warcraft: Midnight. It will require you and your neighborhood to work together to complete various tasks. Sometimes it will be completing various quests, dungeons, or raids. Other times, you’ll be asked to craft or gather a certain number of items.
Endeavors is currently not available in the game until World of Warcraft: Midnight launches next year, so there’s no need to worry about it just yet.

As of the 11.2.7 patch for World of Warcraft, there are five levels with rewards for housing in World of Warcraft. Here’s what you’ll get for each level.
The most important thing you’ll pick up is an increased budget for your interior Decor and room placement. This restricts the number of items you can place in your house and the number of rooms you can build. If you want to increase the size of your house and add more decorations, you’ll need to level it up.
