NetEase Games and Joker Studios will host the Wanderer alpha playtest for the free-to-play ocean-fantasy open-world RPG Sea of Remnants.
The trailer showcases gameplay for Sea of Remnants, where you play as a puppetfolk sailor lost without memories and must explore treacherous seas, take on monsters, and manage a fleet of ships while bonding with hundreds of companions.
The closed alpha test kicks off on February 5 and runs through February 12 on PC. You can register from today until January 23 by following the game’s Twitter account, joining the official Discord, and completing a questionnaire.
Sea of Remnants includes open seas as you explore horizons and search for treasures for your fleet, Orbtopia. You can recruit allies from rival factions, invite them on your voyage, and adventure with them. Plus, there are monsters to battle like giant bats, gorillas and giant crabs.
Orbtopia is also bustling with activities to complete, like mahjong, duels, and more.
