Since its launch in June 2025, the Switch 2 has found great success in several countries around the world. A recent article on the Gamereactor website tells us that the machine has broken a symbolic record.
With more than 312,000 units sold, the Switch 2 has become the fastest-selling Nintendo console in history in Spain. This figure was recorded on December 28. The Switch 1 held the previous record with 300,000 sales in 10 months. Its little sister has therefore managed to do better in six and a half months.
Also in Spain, 100,000 Switch 2 consoles were sold in one month. Mario Kart World is the second best-selling game in the country in 2025. So far, 81.7% of Spanish Switch 2 owners have the racing game.
