Following the success of the demo, IceSitruuna has announced that they are aiming to launch Parasite Mutant sometime in mid-2026.

They have confirmed a large percentage of the games devlopment has been progressing according to plan. This includes level setups and narrative content, along with art assets. IceSitruuna has also confirmed that Parasite Mutant will have New Game+, just like in Parasite Eve.

The story follows Agent Nova, who has been deployed to an abandoned island city that has been taken over by horrific creatures.
