Where to Find All Blood Crafting Vials in Resident Evil Requiem

Resident Evil Requiem has brought in new angles to the classic and modern Resident Evil formulas, with the inclusion of crafting once again making its way into the game. However, when you’re playing as Grace, you’re actually crafting with Infected Blood.

While in Rhodes Hill, you’re able to find a file in the Blood Lab that details how to craft with this blood, and it has a machine for you to analyze each specimen you find throughout the map. Not to mention, you also find a Blood Collector, where you’re able to soak up all the Infected Blood you could want.

Resident Evil Requiem Is Changing Survival With Smarter Zombies And Blood-Infused Crafting

Resident Evil Showcase revealed info that increased the hype!

Analyzing itself is pretty simple, but it’s finding all the crafting recipes that can get confusing if you get easily lost. Even more so if you’re trying to get the trophy that requires you to craft every item as Grace.

Thankfully, there aren’t too many strewn about, and they’re able to give you all the resources you need with a drop of blood.

This guide won’t contain spoilers to the story, but there are minor spoilers to the game’s happenings.

Rhodes Hill Blood Vials and Recipes Locations

Denatured Blood Specimen

Shortly after collecting the Blood Collector, still in the Blood Lab, you’ll be able to find the Denatured Blood Specimen. Analyzing this specimen allows you to craft handgun ammo, which is always a necessity, and Hemolytic Injectors, which are crucial when you’re trying to sneak around.

It’s the foundation for your crafting in this game, because these are going to be the items that you will most likely craft the most.

Reversible Blood Specimen

The Reversible Blood Specimen is also in the Blood Lab, specifically in the back room, but you aren’t able to get into it without the Level 1 Clearance Wristband. You find this wristband in the hallway between the Lead Researcher’s Office and the Conference Room, on a corpse lying on the floor.

After getting the wristband, you’re able to open this door in the Blood Lab and get the Reversible Blood Specimen, which lets you craft steroids (which increase your maximum health permanently) and stabilizers (which will permanently increase your firepower). Both recipes require a lot of blood, so make sure to stop by the Parlor to upgrade your Blood Collector, otherwise you won’t be able to craft these on your first run.

Converged Blood Specimen

While still carrying the Level 1 Clearance Wristband, head over to the Waiting Room. There, you’ll find a locked broom closet that you can get into with the wristband. Upon entering, you can immediately see the Converged Blood Specimen.

This specimen allows you to craft med injectors and 12.7x55mm ammo, which is used for Leon’s magnum, Requiem. Don’t be stingy making the ammo, either, since whatever ammo you don’t use will also be returned to Leon when you give the magnum back.

Meet the Cast of Resident Evil Requiem

Capcom recently revealed the voices behind Resident Evil Requiem’s Grace Ashcroft and Leon Kennedy.

Basement Crafting Recipe

The last crafting recipe you’re able to find in Rhodes Hill isn’t blood samples that you have to analyze, thankfully, just a sheet of paper detailing how to make a Molotov cocktail. Of course, fire has always been a handy weapon against the infected in Resident Evil games, and the Molotov cocktail is no exception to that.

You can find this recipe in the basement bunkroom, specifically, after you’ve already obtained a joint plug so you can bring power to the area. When you input the plug, lights will turn on and doors will open, allowing you to step in and reap your rewards.

ARK Recipe Location

Useful Against a Certain Enemy

The final crafting recipe isn’t found again until you’re at ARK, specifically after you’ve already helped Leon, and it’s right next to the safe in the Monitor Control room. Like the last recipe, you don’t have to analyze it to learn it, just read it.

This recipe will allow you to craft bottles of acid and various other items which will become incredibly useful against enemies in this area. Try to stock up if you can.

Resident Evil Requiem Review

Capcom has finally mastered the balance of horror and action in the series’ most melancholy and anxiety-inducing work yet.
