Moon Studios will release the “Together” cooperative play update for the Early Access version of action RPG No Rest for the Wicked on January 22, 2026, the developer announced. An open beta test is available now until December 22.

[Moon Studios] today shared never before seen cooperative gameplay and discussed new details of the upcoming cooperative multiplayer update, appropriately titled No Rest for the Wicked “Together.” This immense update will bring long-awaited features like cooperative combat, weapon updates, shared resources, homesteads, and much more, all playable with up to four players in shared persistent Realms. Studio director Thomas Mahler and other team members disclosed the official release date for the update as January 22, 2026, along with announcing that a new public beta test featuring content from the impending update is available now to everyone who has purchased the game.
No Rest for the Wicked is the third full-length game from Moon Studios. Players take on the role of a “Cerim,” a member of a holy order imbued with mysterious powers, tasked with destroying the Pestilence, an ancient plague that has begun to consume the island Isola Sacra, itself already the site of great political upheaval and death. Navigate a dark, painterly world and battle against the forces of toxic corruption, cutthroat scavengers, and strange beasts. Build your Cerim from a fledgling survivor to a proper force to be reckoned with, utilizing numerous weapon types, enchantments, and cunning tactics to outsmart and overpower foes.
No Rest for the Wicked is currently in Early Access for PC via Steam. A full release is planned for PlayStation 5, Xbox Series, and PC.
