Twilight Moonflower is a Japanese indie game expected on PC on January 30 that may seem quite unremarkable at first glance. However, there is a surprising story behind this first-person horror title with online co-op.
As development was coming to a close, the studio ConnectedShadowGames realized that the end credits were too short. In fact, only a handful of people had worked on the project. To fill the gap, the Japanese company asked internet users on X to like a post to see their name appear in the credits.
The developers expected to receive around a hundred entries… But in the end, more than 60,000 people responded. Rather than adding only the first 100 names, ConnectedShadowGames decided to add everyone!
As a result, the credits took more than 300 hours of work and now last around 30 minutes.
