Battle Vision Network Shifts To Single-Player Release

Toronto’s Capybara Games announced that Battle Vision Network will no longer be a mobile title and is now shifting to a single-player game.

Battle Vision Network’s development has been a windy path. We had some great years working with Netflix on a live-service, mobile-focused version of the game. After finding BVN outside of their changing strategy in late 2024, we’ve had the opportunity to reshape the game for other platforms – and we’ve been even more excited about the new direction we’ve taken it,” said Eileen Hollinger, President of Capy Games.

Battle Vision Network fuses colour-matching gameplay with deep turn-based tactics to challenge players. The multiplayer mode is still in development, but it is no longer the focus, and the game aims to launch this year.
