The public breakup of Huntrix on stage wasn’t just devastating for our favorite trio of Hunters… it was equally soul-crushing for their loyal fans. In the confusion, the masses of fans who had been faithfully following them lost all sense of direction, making them easy prey for the Saja Boys to swoop in and steal their hearts. While the Huntrix team had the best of intentions and never meant to lead any of their followers into Gwi-Ma’s trap, the outcome of their fall from grace did exactly that. Fortunately, they were able to reunite just in time to prevent a horrific outcome… and their fans learned that even the souls defending them against the darkness are still struggling with their own private battles.
Even those we trust the most in life to serve as messengers of the Lord are fallible, and if we mistakingly place our faith in the messenger instead of the message our faith can fall with them. Some of the Lord’s most respected and elite followers (like Moses, David, and Peter) get it wrong sometimes, so the only way to avoid a shipwreck in our own faith when the inevitable occurs is to see these leaders for who they truly are… imperfect vessels just like us that the Lord uses to point us toward the dire necessity of His constant presence in every aspect of our lives through their missions as well as their missteps.
