Square Enix is set to release another Switch 2 port soon. Following last week’s Final Fantasy VII Rebirth, Final Fantasy X/X-2 HD Remaster will be next.
This compilation, originally released in 2013, will arrive on Nintendo’s console on July 23, 2026. It will be available for €49.99 / $49.99 via the eShop. Save data from the Switch version will not be compatible.
Finally, the physical edition will feature a game key card and will be released on August 27, 2026, exclusively in Japan. No upgrade is currently planned.
