
We had been getting rumors on the matter for a while, and Nintendo finally confirmed what we already knew during this week’s Direct. Yes, The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time Remake is real.
Scheduled for release on Switch 2 in 2026, this title will reimagine the classic game released on the Nintendo 64 in 1998. The game also received a modernized version for the 3DS in 2011.
This Switch 2 version will feature improved graphics and various gameplay optimizations. More details about the game will be revealed at a later date.
