Games with accessibility/very easy modes for beginner gamers

My sister has decided to start playing games as way to pass the time in the pandemic, and I have lent her my old ps4 in order to give her something to do.

She is very new to video games, and isn’t really used to controls or general gaming thinking styles. So far she has played spiderman ps4 on story difficulty (with guidance from me and my brother) and Fallout 4 on story difficulty as well, but she is getting bored of it quickly.

I was looking for good, engaging games with super easy/accessibilty modes (she failed the guitar hero tutorial once, didn’t know it was possible).
