There’s a lot to do in Borderlands 4, both during the campaign and after. If you have made your way through all levels of Ultimate Vault Hunter Mode, you can try your hand at some of the game’s world events.
Three world events await you in Kairos, with each of the main regions having one event for you to participate in. You could be fighting Creeps in Carcadia Burn and then head on over to The Fadefields to fight some Order troops.
Let’s break down each of the world events in Borderlands 4 and how you can complete them to earn the achievement.
The Goredello World Event Guide
The Goredello is a world event located in the Terminus Range region of Borderlands 4. You can find this area by traveling northwest of The Reliquary Order Silo in the Cuspid Climb section of this region.
Of all the world events, the Goredello is the most like the old Slaughterdome missions in previous Borderlands games, meaning the main objective is to slaughter the various enemies that are thrown at you during the event.
After entering the arena, you will be told to defeat enemies within the time limit, with various tiers going from bronze to platinum. Each time you kill around 10 enemies, you will advance to the next tier.
Along with simply killing the enemies, you will be tasked by Moxxi to complete different challenges, such as getting melee kills or killing enemies with explosive barrels. By completing one of these challenges, you will get time added to the round, making them worthwhile to tackle.
The event will continue for several rounds, with each one getting more difficult. If you manage to get platinum during each round, you will get a big shower of loot at the end, so make sure you go in with a strong build and a legendary weapon like the Wombo Combo.
Creep Impact World Event Guide
Creep Impact is the world event that takes place in the Carcadia Burn region of Borderlands 4, and it can be found on a small land mass to the northwest of the Makeshift Chalet Safehouse in the Lopside section of the region.
When you see this event active, head to this location and talk to the NPC behind the counter to start the event. During this time, Creeps will drop from the sky in mass quantities, and it is your job to take them out.
That isn’t all, the Creeps will drop ore, and it is your job to pick the ore up and throw it into a cannon called Patootie. Each round, you will be tasked with throwing more and more of this ore into the cannon.
As with the Goredello event, you will increase in tiers from bronze to platinum. The more ore you collect, the higher the tier you will reach. If you manage to reach the platinum tier, you will get the best reward, so strive to collect plenty of ore.
Airship World Event Guide
The Airship world event will appear at The Flarewell in The Howl section of The Fadefields. When this event appears, a large airship will make an appearance, and it will be your job to start destroying Order tech.
This event seems to only appear after you have helped the people at The Launchpad destroy the Order ship. The location of this event is between The Launchpad and the Someday Rise Safehouse.
The goal of the Airship event is to be as destructive as possible by killing Order guards, breaking ships, releasing prisoners, and more. You will have side objectives as well, such as breaking into treasure rooms, which will add bonuses to your destruction.
The more destructive you are, the more you will climb through the ranks from bronze to platinum. Similar to the other events, you will get the most rewards if you can reach the platinum rank.
