The gameplay in S.E.M.I. transforms medical malpractice into multiplayer mayhem where experimental drugs grant superpowers with hilariously unpredictable side effects. Pop pills to unleash abilities like Bipolar Force (alternating between invincible monster and helpless weakling), Laser Astigmatism (two targeting reticles but one laser), or Alice’s Syndrome (spontaneous size changes).
You’ll navigate procedurally generated rooms featuring shifting gravity, deadly traps, and moving walls while coordinating through voice chat. The clinic staff won’t surrender their patients easily, requiring creative teamwork to overcome obstacles.
