Level-5 is doubling down on Inazuma Eleven, enlisting developer Aiming to work on Inazuma Eleven: Crossi for iOS and Android.
“We are excited to share that Inazuma Eleven: Cross is now in development for mobile. To prepare for the closed beta test starting on January 29 (JST), we have opened beta tester recruitment,” a post reveals. A closed beta test is underway in Japan.
The new game adds an original story and a new protagonist, uses intuitive, command-based controls, and is easy to pick up and play, especially for short sessions.
It was confirmed that CEO Akihiro Hino is penning the script for the mobile game.
