This information comes from internal Discord messages used as evidence, in which developers discussed a test session involving 32 participants, the same number as in GTA V Online. Details about these messages and lobbies come from a video by People Make Games on YouTube.
However, there is no official confirmation that these details are related to the online mode of GTA 6, and Rockstar has not yet publicly revealed the features of its future multiplayer mode.
