The quests in Arc Raiders do a great job of showing humanity’s struggle against an oppressor. Finding joy in the little things, each tiny step matters as you rise up against the machines.
However, in tales like this, with every victory comes sadness. Defeat can be just as common as you eke out a living in the ruins of society. And the quest that follows shows that sometimes, your hope can be dashed to the ground, crushed beneath the might of Arc.

Let’s take a look at the steps required to fulfil this quest, and just what we gain from completing it.
Quest Prerequisites
Before you can attempt this quest, you’ll first need to complete “Switching the Supply”, which takes place on the Spaceport map.
This quest requires quite a lot of travelling about, and through pretty hectic areas on the map, so before you start, I would highly recommend having a decent firearm, as well as the normal healing supplies and an Adrenaline Shot.
ARC Raiders: How to Get Lure Grenades

You can be pretty exposed when travelling on the highway bridge, and there’s not a whole lot of cover, so bring a distraction tool like a Lure Grenade just in case.
How to Complete
Be very wary here. Due to the proximity of a weapon cache nearby, the following area is extremely dangerous at the beginning of the match. Wait 5-10 minutes before attempting if you spot fights breaking out.
Firstly, you’ll need to head to the Buried City and go in the direction of the Highway Camp. The camp is found on the top of the highway, just southeast of the Grandioso Apartments.
As soon as you reach the camp, you’ll find a small backpack leaning against the side of a bus. Inspect it, and you’ll be prompted to follow the red markers across the map. The markers are hung on little poles sticking out of the top of broken-down cars.
This camp area isn’t a very common place to loot, unlike the house to the east, so feel free to open up the buses and cars for some useful mechanical items.
You don’t actually have to follow the markers if you already know where you’re going, so head directly towards the Buried Properties location on the map. Directly southeast of the tag on the map, you’ll find a little “U” shape, formed out of broken walls. Within this area, you’ll find a small grave.
Inspect the grave, and the quest will be considered complete. At this point, you can either keep looting or find the closest extraction point and head home.
Quest Rewards
Completing this quest will unlock “Prescriptions of the Past”, the next quest in the chain of events. In addition, you’ll be given the following rewards:
- Radio Renegade Outfit (Goggles Variant)
- 3× Noisemaker
- 5× Blue Light Stick
- 1× Rosary
Head into the customisation menu to equip the goggles with your new skin. The rewards here aren’t particularly useful, used more for making a distraction than for actually taking down Arc. Feel free to sell the rosary for some quick cash.
