Arc Raiders sends you to Buried City and Dam Battlegrounds for the A Rising Tide quest, with multiple steps required to reach its conclusion. On Buried City, find the foreman’s barricaded apartment south of Piazza Roma
The first step to the A Rising Tide quest is to visit the foreman’s barricaded apartment. This is located in one of the dual buildings just south of Piazza Roma on the left side of the map.
The easiest way inside this building is to first head to a rooftop across from the building to find a zipline. Check the map below for the exact location of this zipline.
