Publisher GameDev.ist and developer Elos Games and Arts announced a release window for Sagas of Lumin, their new single-player dragon-themed action RPG.
Sagas of Lumin is set to launch in early access sometime this summer for Windows PC (via Steam). The game will remain in early access for at least one year.
The current build of the game includes the main dragon-riding mechanics, attacks, and battles with other dragon riders, flying ships, and even ground combat. A playable demo is available now, too.

Sagas of Lumin is a single-player, semi-open-world action RPG. Seamlessly switch between aerial and ground combat while forming a unique bond with your dragon and unleashing devastation on your enemies. Explore this magical world with your dragon, and once on the ground, choose between swords, firearms, or magic to decide how you will fight your enemies.
Epic Dragon Battles
Take command of your dragon and claim the skies. Soar freely, climb towering heights, dive through the clouds, and hover above the battlefield as you rain fire upon your enemies. When they dare come close, unleash your claws, crushing tackles, and savage bites. In real-time aerial combat, challenge rival dragons, lay waste to enemy bases, and clash with powerful airships but never forget to evade the deadly attacks coming your way.

The world of Lumin is like a treasure waiting to be discovered. Mount your dragon and explore its regions one by one, uncovering items that will strengthen both you and your dragon. Of course, you’ll also need to face the dangers of this world. Raid enemy camps or overcome challenging trials to earn the rewards you seek.
Close Quarters Combat
When you’re on the ground, your most trusted ally may not always be by your side, so as a Drair, you must handle your own battles. In Sagas of Lumin, melee combat is built around timing and precision. You can strike your enemies with swords, axes, and spears, while also blocking and parrying their attacks. Use your steampunk firearms to shoot from a distance or unleash your magic. Get ready to experience a freedom on the ground that mirrors the thrill of aerial combat.
