Lifted is the debut game for Adventure Works — a multimedia inspiration vehicle propelled by former Disney Imagineer Jeffrey Ashbrook.
Ashbrook took a trip to Egypt and found himself spellbound, crafting an underdog story of tomb raiding — and that’s where we experience the fully voiced, Rayman-esque story of student Ari and his professor.
Face it, all the great ’80s adventure stories featured a headstrong youth and a professor looking to leave their mark. Ari is out for extra credit from his favourite professor. And instead, he’ll travel in a time-travelling elevator, across steep gaps in frigid mountains, blistering caves in Egyptian tombs, and lush valleys. He’ll fight some of history’s most notorious tricksters, come across grand treasures, and get that extra credit.
Lifted is a fully voiced, dynamically 3D adventure accessible to the whole family, and it’s swinging onto Steam on July 22, 2026.
