A new cast member has just joined the lineup for the upcoming season of the TV series The Last of Us. Peter Sarsgaard will be appearing in Season 3 of the HBO-produced adaptation.
The 55-year-old American actor is known for his roles in The Batman, The Man in the Iron Mask, and Jarhead. In The Last of Us, he will play Amon, a new character created specifically for the series. He is one of the leaders of the religious faction known as the Seraphites (or Scars).
