Following the layoffs at Xbox, it’s time to take a look at what’s going on at PlayStation. Apparently, this will also be a very difficult period for one of the Japanese company’s studios.
Indeed, Sylvain Trinel, a reporter at BFMTV, reports that Bungie will be hit hard this summer. While we must treat this with caution, at least 50% of the studio’s workforce could be fired. These layoffs are reportedly due to the halt in development of Destiny 2 and the performance of Marathon. Approximately 1,220 people currently work at the company, so at least 600 people could lose their jobs.
