The moment of truth is approaching for Ubisoft, which desperately needs a commercial success to turn things around. The French company is banking heavily on Assassin’s Creed Black Flag Resynced, set to release on July 9, 2026, for PS5, XBOX Series, and PC.
The first reviews of the remake’s quality will be released the day before, as the website Insider Gaming has revealed that the embargo on press reviews will be lifted on July 8 at noon. This will likely also be an opportunity to see some previously unseen gameplay footage.
Note that the first 30 minutes of the game have been posted online. Since this is a leak, the quality of the video isn’t that high.
