According to Nintendo Life, this action came from a “single-day GitHub sweep”, where the company issued seven DMCA anti-circumvention notices as part of their ongoing battle against unauthorized emulators. Targeted were forks of Yuzu, copies of the Suyu emulator, and Skyline. This robust stance underscores Nintendo’s policy of protecting its intellectual property and preventing access to unauthorized copies and software.

On the gaming front, Capcom has confirmed that “Onimusha: Way of the Sword” will be available for Nintendo Switch 2 and is said to perform comparably to its PlayStation 5 counterpart.
