Finding the best loot possible is the goal of every match in ARC Raiders. While you can find valuable loot in any spot on any map, the best places to search are behind locked doors. In order to unlock these doors, you need a specific key.
One key that can be acquired in ARC Raiders is the Spaceport Control Tower Key. This key is a Rare-tier item and can be used to open a secret location on the Spaceport map. However, finding this door can be pretty tricky if you don’t know where to look.

How to Find the Spaceport Control Tower Key
The Spaceport Control Tower Key can be found in many places in ARC Raiders. However, there are certain locations that have a higher drop rate for keys compared to other places.
For example, from personal experience, I have had the best luck finding keys on the new map, Stella Montis. More specifically, the Medical Research area is a great place to search for keys, as it has the most valuable loot.

Additionally, Residential Areas on other maps, such as the Village on the Blue Gate map and the Grandioso Apartments in the Buried City, are both great locations to search for keys. Make sure to search these areas during a Night Raid, since the best loot tends to drop at night.
Out of my 100 hours of playtime, I have noticed that drawers and lockers seem to have the highest drop rate for keys, so make sure to search every single one you come across.
Where to Use the Spaceport Control Tower Key
The Spaceport Control Tower Key can be used at the Control Tower near the center of the map. The best way to reach the door that requires this key is to enter the Control Tower from the west side of the building, as shown in the image above.
You’ll know you’re on the correct side of the building if you notice large text that reads “A6” on the wall. It’s here that you will find an open door leading to the first floor, which leads directly to the Spaceport Control Tower door. It’s found on the left side of the room.
ARC Raiders: Where To Use The Blue Gate Village Key
A surprisingly nice loot haul for a simple key mission.
Opening the Spaceport Control Tower door will lead to a zipline that brings you to the very top of the tower with a ton of loot. I recommend placing down any type of tripwire or mine near the top of the zipline to surprise any unwanted Raiders who may follow you to this room.
Spaceport Control Tower Rewards
The Spaceport Control Tower Key has a ton of drawers, Raider caches, and breach spots for you to loot. It’s hard to determine exactly what you will acquire during your visit to the Spaceport Control Tower, but you can expect items of the Rare or Epic variety.
For example, when I visited the Spaceport Control Tower, I found an Osprey Sniper Rifle, level 2. This was the first time I ever acquired this weapon, so the trip definitely felt worth it.
Unfortunately, I didn’t find any blueprints, but I did find a ton of Sensors and Uncommon crafting materials for my next match. Additionally, I found an Arpeggio Burst Rifle, which was a nice bonus.
Simply put, you never know what you’re going to find when looting the Spaceport Control Tower in ARC Raiders. However, if you have the key for it, I recommend checking it out.
