Available since July 2024, Fallout London is undoubtedly one of the most ambitious mods in gaming history ever. Owners of Fallout 4: Game of the Year Edition can get it for free on GOG.
During a recent interview with IGN as part of the promotional campaign for season 2 of Fallout, Todd Howard spoke about the mod. He simply stated that he hadn’t played it. Howard added that he had only followed the development of the project to a limited extent, and that seeing it come to fruition was nothing short of a miracle.
“I’ve only seen videos on the internet. I haven’t played it.”
“I would say that we pay a lot of attention to the changes made to games, and when we talk about total conversions… I just want to emphasize how difficult it is.”
“And so, the fact that it came out, first of all because most of these mods never come out, and the fact that it came out… It seems that a lot of fans love it.”
“It’s just that… I want to express to everyone how difficult it is and what a journey it is for some of these great modding teams to achieve this kind of thing.”
