Ready to fight again, SNK has released the third release in the NEO GEO Premium Selection label, SNK Fighter World Heroes Perfect.
This newish imprint from the Osaka arcade game mega-publisher takes old cabinet favourites and brings them to the current generation of gamers.
Today’s entry is 1995’s World Heroes Perfect — also known as Mortal Kombat with influential real-life figures.
Modernized for current gaming technologies, World Heroes Perfect now features rollback netcode for seamless online battles, a robust Practice Mode, and a Gallery Mode featuring classic artwork. Additionally, you can play as hidden characters Son Gokuu and NEO-DIO, as well as Zeus, who was unplayable on certain platforms in the original release!
Enhanced Special Moves and Desperation Attacks are now dictated by filling up the Hero Gauge and launching it off strategically to turn the tide of battle.
World Heroes Perfect is now available on Steam, and is 25 percent off ($19.49) until May 8.
