With the 1.0 launch update, one of the new materials added to Palworld is Nightstar Sand.
Along with the likes of Hardwood, Nightstar Sand is a required crafting material used in all sorts of late-game recipes.
If you’re wondering where’s the best place to farm Nightstar Sand, here’s a quick overview of where to get some.
Palworld Nightstar Sand: Location and how to get explained
As you may have already deduced from the name, Nightstar Sand can only be found at night in beach or desert locations.
You’ll know it when you see it, because while walking across a beach or desert at night, you’ll see a point on the ground lit up with a bright light, indicating the location of some Nightstar Sand.
You can find Nightstar Sand all over Feybreak Island, but there are a few locations that are especially good for farming it.
The best and easiest location is probably the beach just southeast of the Scorched Ashlands fast travel point, one of the first locations you discover upon first reaching Feybreak Island.
It’s a large, flat expanse where you’ll be easily able to spot all the different patches of Nightstar Sand from a distance.
But as we’ve already said, you can find Nightstar Sand in any and every sandy location on Feybreak Island so long as it’s night, so do a bit of exploring around the island’s coast and you’ll have plenty in no time.
