Side jobs in the lovely Mouse: P.I. for Hire aren’t the most complicated things in the world, but they’re still pretty high stakes, since if you skip them, you’ll miss out on them forever. Let’s make sure you don’t do that.

Time to make some swiss cheese.
The next one up in Mouse: P.I. (if you’ve been following along so far) is They Call It “Azurro Burgerro,” and it takes place in the first third or so of the game. Here’s how it works.
How to Start the Side Job
You’ll be able to get the They Call It “Azurro Burgerro” side job as soon as the A Bit of Curd and Pepper main job is active in your quest log. As always with side jobs, you need to make sure you activate it before heading out on the real mission, or else you’ll lose access to it forever.
Go talk to John Brown, who is the bartender shrew inside of the Little & Big Bar, just outside of your P.I. Office. John will task you with assisting him with creating a new recipe for a burger he wants to start selling in the bar. You just need to cook the burger for him.
Now, it’s time to get to work. Hop in your trusty automobile, and head back to the Opera Ruins to take a look at the mess you’ve made of the place. Shame, shame.
Completing the Side Job
There’s actually no combat in this main job whatsoever, so don’t concern yourself with preparing for any type of gunfight. Instead, just head to the back of the opera auditorium. The critical path of the quest will lead you to a locked door that you need to pick in order to continue progression, but we’re not going through there yet.
Instead, look immediately to your left, and you’ll notice hooks hanging from the ceiling that you can grapple onto using your new tail powers.
Keep swinging from platform to platform, and you’ll eventually be able to double jump and/or glide into a giant hole in the wall. This is the way.
Once inside this hole, head down the staircase, and you’ll get a prompt to “Fry the Crap Out of John’s Patty.” Approach the fire at the bottom of the stairs, then hold the button prompt to cook that burger.
And that’s all there is to this one! Finish up the main quest, then head on back.
Rewards
Now that you’re home, go back and pay John a visit. Speak with him to hand over the burger, and you’ll earn your reward.
John gives you two Spike-D Prize Tokens, which along with 18 others (20 total) will open the prize cabinet in the corner of the bar. This eventually earns you X-1 Demousifer Raygun, which is a pretty sweet and powerful weapon in Mouse: P.I.
