As you progress through ARC Raiders and level up your character, quests will become available for you to complete and earn various rewards. These quests are provided by the Traders found in Speranza, so make sure to check in with them each time you return from a run.
The Prescriptions of the Past quest is provided by Lance, and it involves you visiting the Departure Building in Spaceport. The main objective is to find records in the Medical Exam Room of the Departure Building, which is actually much harder than it sounds.

Visit the Departure Building in Spaceport
The first step you want to take toward completing the Prescriptions of the Past quest in ARC Raiders is visiting the Departure Building in Spaceport. You most likely have been to this location many times before, but in case you forgot where it’s located, the image attached above shows the exact location of the Departure Building.
For reference, the Departure building is located south of the Launch Towers and west of the Control Tower. Once you arrive at the Departure Building, I recommend entering through the north entrance for the sake of this quest.

Medical Exam Room Location
Now that you have arrived at the Departure Building, your next step in the Prescriptions of the Past quest in ARC Raiders is to find the Medical Exam Room.
After entering through the north entrance of the Departure Building, take the main staircase up to the next floor.
Next, don’t go up the next staircase, and instead, continue straight to the cafeteria and take the first left.
Continue through the cafeteria area and then take the first left, where you’ll find the Medical Exam Room. You will know that you found the Medical Exam Room if there’s a green sign with a cross next to the entrance.

Search for the Records
Now that you found the Medical Exam Room, your last objective is to search for the records. To find the records, continue through the Medical Exam Room until you reach the end. On the left-hand side of the room, you will find a desk tucked away that has the yellow records resting on the desk.
The image attached above shows the desk that contains the records. Just keep in mind that they don’t appear in my image since I already picked them up.

Medicine is always a must.
All you have to do is approach the records and interact with them to complete the final step of the Prescriptions of the Past quest in ARC Raiders. After interacting with them, return to Lance in Speranza and navigate to quests to complete it and earn your rewards.
Prescriptions of the Past Quest Rewards
Similar to all other quests in the game, you will be rewarded for your efforts. The rewards for completing the Prescription of the Past quest in ARC Raiders are the following: 1x Heavy Shield, 1x Tactical Mk. 3 (Healing Augment), 3x Adrenaline Shot.
Besides these useful rewards, which are actually quite good and can help you survive on future runs, completing the Prescriptions of the Past quest will also unlock an additional quest provided by Lance.
