Rockstar Games still needs to clarify some important points regarding GTA VI before November 19, 2026. One of these topics concerns the game’s visuals, which are already sparking a lot of discussion.
Indeed, given the game’s apparently impressive graphics, many players are wondering if it will be possible to play at 60 FPS. During the Rock and Borys podcast, the hosts said they had obtained information from a source close to Rockstar. Of course, it’s important to take what follows with a grain of salt.
Apparently, a graphics mode offering a frame rate of 60 frames per second is indeed planned. However, it may not be available at launch. On the Xbox Series S, GTA VI will likely run at 30 FPS, but Microsoft is reportedly working hard to increase the frame rate for this version.
In short, if Rockstar remains silent on this matter, it’s likely because this performance mode may not be available at launch. It could be added via a future update.
