Developer Killer Bean Studios announced their Killer Bean game is finally set to launch this summer.
Their new Killer Bean game launches for PC (via Steam) in early access on June 8th, with a price set at $14.99. A full release is planned for later across Xbox, Switch, and PlayStation.
The ambitious game was previously supposed to launch back in 2024 but took the time to run internal playtests – which its solo developer said helped a lot.
“A big thank you to the Killer Bean Steam Community, especially the 6200+ players who helped me play test the game over 2 years,” the developer said. “I definitely wouldn’t have found all those bugs on my own. You also found creative ways to break the game that defied imagination!”

After being betrayed by the Shadow Agency and learning the truth about their evil ways, Killer Bean has made it his life goal to destroy them. Yet this is easier said than done, as Killer Bean will face armies of enemies, and mysterious Shadow Beans who are better trained and more powerful than him.
